Cosmetic product status
Phosis products are cosmetics under the US Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. They are not drugs and they are not evaluated or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including any symptom of perimenopause or menopause.
Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional about any skin or health concern. See section 15 of our Terms of service.
Reporting a reaction
If a Phosis product causes an adverse reaction, stop using it and email hello@phosis.com with the product name, the batch number printed on the packaging, what happened and when. We log and investigate every report. If the reaction is serious, seek medical care first.
Study and claim substantiation
Where we publish a percentage, a timeframe or a clinical result, it comes from a specific study of Phosis products. The study type, the number of participants and the duration are stated alongside the claim wherever it appears. Results reflect the participants in that study under the conditions of that study, and individual results vary.

Reviews and testimonials
Reviews on this Site are submitted by customers and reflect their individual experience. We publish positive and negative reviews. We do not pay for reviews and we do not delete a review because it is critical. Where a reviewer received a product free or at a discount, or has any other material connection to Phosis, that is disclosed with the review.

This Site sells and ships within the United States only. Phosis products sold by any other seller, marketplace or website are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee their authenticity, storage or shelf life. Buy from phosis.com or from a retailer we have named as authorized.
