Our Founder
I'm Susan. I built Phosis because nothing else existed.
For over 20 years, I've taught therapeutic yoga and Pilates to women navigating midlife. Five years ago, I trained as a MyMMT™ Certified Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner to help women thrive through perimenopause and menopause.
When I entered perimenopause myself, the products I had trusted for years started reacting against my skin. When I looked for a clean, clinically-proven solution, I couldn't find one.
So I trained as an organic skincare formulator and built it.
Every formula is developed specifically for menopausal women, and not available anywhere else. The products reflect five years of research and four independent clinical trials to ensure integrity, safety and efficacy for your skin.

Physicians stood ten deep to hear about the ingredients.
The first trade show was abysmal: no one wanted to talk to us. Then we exhibited at the Menopause Society Annual Conference, where physicians and nurse practitioners come to hear about new research. This time we were mobbed. Healthcare practitioners wanted to know exactly what was in the jar and why.
