Our Story
Susan Campbell created Phosis to redefine beauty and self-care for women in perimenopause and beyond. When her own skin began changing due to shifting hormones—dryness, redness, irritation—she turned to luxury, drugstore, and clinical skincare, only to find aisles of disenchang anti-aging claims and nothing that addressed her evolving needs. So, she set out to design a solution.
A menopause health specialist, certified skincare formulator, and expert in Pilates and yoga rehabilitation, Susan blends scientific expertise with a deep understanding of the body’s natural rhythms. With Phosis, she introduces a collection of exquisitely formulated, science-backed skincare that strengthens and nourishes skin through every transformation.

Founded by Susan Campbell—a leader with two decades of experience in women’s wellness—Phosis was born from a deep understanding of the frustration women feel when traditional skincare falls short during one of life’s most profound transitions. As estrogen levels fluctuate and eventually decline, skin becomes drier, thinner, and more sensitive. Collagen production slows, cellular turnover decreases, and the skin’s protective barrier weakens, leading to increased dryness, dullness, and irritation.
